SuspensionMAXX ShoX-Xtender Shock Extension Kits allows the original shocks on your Chevrolet Colorado or GMC Canyon to remain in place when you have lift shackles installed. These kits will put either 1.5" or 2" (depending on the year of the truck) spacer between the rear shock mounting points and shock absorbers to prevent over extension during extreme suspension travel, and to help maintain the stock ride and handling characteristics. ShoX-Xtender Shock Extension Kits help keep costs low by allowing vehicle owners to use the original shocks when lift shackles are installed; the purchase of expensive longer shocks isn't necessary.
CNC precision formed solid steel spacers provide ultra-rigid and strong shock mount structure. Spacers and braces are e-coated for corrosion resistance. Kits include solid steel ShoX-Xtenders, braces and Grade 8 hardware. 100% American Made and covered by the SuspensionMAXX Structural Lifetime Warranty.
ShoX-Xtender kits are easily installed and are completely reversible to factory settings. Installation can be accomplished in just 1.5 - 2 hours
