Shipping
We ship most orders throughout the United States and also offer international shipping on many products. Some oversized, restricted, or freight-only products may have additional shipping limitations.
Most in-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day unless otherwise noted. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will normally ship the next business day.
U.S. Standard Parcel Shipping
- Orders $35 and over qualify for free standard shipping.
- Free standard shipping is available to the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
- We select the most practical standard carrier and service for the shipment, which may include USPS or UPS.
- Customers may choose an available upgraded shipping service at checkout and pay the additional shipping cost.
- Orders under $35 are charged the available USPS or UPS shipping rate shown at checkout.
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, product availability, and the shipping service selected.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping on many products using USPS.
- International shipping is not free.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package size, weight, and available USPS service.
- International shipping options and costs are shown during checkout when available.
- Delivery times vary by destination and postal service.
- Some products may not be eligible for international shipment due to size, weight, carrier restrictions, or other limitations.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Freight Shipping
Some large or heavy products must ship by freight truck rather than standard parcel service.
- Freight items are clearly identified on the product page.
- Freight items ship to the U.S. Lower 48 states only.
- Freight items do not qualify for free shipping.
- Some freight items may ship from a different warehouse than our standard parcel products.
- A freight shipping quote is provided before checkout so you can see the shipping cost before placing your order.
Freight delivery times vary by product, warehouse location, destination, and carrier availability.
Returns Policy
Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Returned products must be in good, resellable condition and include a copy of the order or packing slip. Items that are missing parts, scratched, dented, used, installed, or otherwise damaged may not qualify for a full refund.
Customers are normally responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Returns may be sent back by any shipping service you choose or returned in person.
Once a return has been received and inspected, we normally process the refund within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
