An easy installation and affordable way to lift the rear of your Mid-sized GM truck. Formed from 1 piece of 1/4" thick steel for superior strength. 3 different height positions (1", 1.5" & 2") to suit your needs. Powder-coated black for a long-lasting life and made in U.S.A. by Suspension Maxx.
Kit includes: (2) shackles, brake line extender and instructions.
