Air Bag Kit Warranty: LOGIQ warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the vehicle (“Warranty Period”).
Compressor Kit Warranty: LOGIQ warrants that its Air Compressors are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a Warranty Period of 2-Years. This Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser (“Customer”) and is non-transferable.
Warranty Claims: During the Warranty Period, if you believe your product is defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our Customer Support team at 800-549-4620 or tech@LOGIQair.com to initiate a warranty claim. 2. Provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and receipt. 3. Describe the issue you are experiencing with the product. 4. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include returning the product for inspection.
Warranty Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not cover: • Normal wear and tear. • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. • Products not purchased directly from LOGIQ or an authorized retailer. • Products with altered, removed, or defaced serial numbers. • Cosmetic damage or aesthetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality. • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
